Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based in Bibra Lake, south of Perth. We have many happy local, interstate and international customers!
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship all over the globe!
Q: What are you shipping options?
A: We have free shipping available on all products and items. Free shipping can take up to 28 days, depending where you are located in the world!
For orders under $200AUD, we have an express shipping option for an additional $29 AUD. This option can take between 3-14 days.
All orders over $200 AUD will receive FREE express shipping automatically!
Q: What is the best way to contact you?

Q: How will my custom jerseys look?
A: Before we start manufacturing your jerseys, you will receive digital artwork for your approval.
Q: I would like to see a sample of your jerseys for sizing.
A: No problem! We regularly sent out sizing kits to customers. We require a $50 deposit to send out the jerseys - this will taken off your order when placed!
Q: I have a logo, but I have no idea about designs! Help!
A: Your in luck! We have a team of in house graphic designers! Simply send through your logo and idea to us by email and we can work from that! We require a $50 deposit to start your design, this amount will be deducted when you place your order online :)
Q: I have placed an order for custom jerseys, how long will they take?
A: Once your artwork has been approved, orders take 2-3 weeks to be completed and shipped.
Q: I have a large cycling event coming up, do you offer discounts for large quantites?
A: Yes of course! Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
